This Webinar for the Cohort 2 Project LAUNCH grantees reviews SAMHSA’s environmental scanning and strategic planning guidance document. The Webinar focused mostly on the environmental scan, and features discussions with two Cohort 1 grantees, Rhode Island and Red Cliff Band of Lake Superior Chippewas, on lessons learned from their own scan experiences.
