April, 2006 This report provides an update on accomplishments and lessons learned from a five state consortium examining health care delivery and its support of young children’s mental wellness. The five states have not yet completed their projects, but this preliminary report examines their early experiences in order to provide helpful information to other states interested in working to ensure young children’s healthy mental development.
